Panasonic 純蒸氣焗爐 NU-SC100W 蒸氣烤焗無微波

早排部微波焗爐出現閃光,嚇到我即刻熄機斷電,放落垃圾站之前貼咗張紙大大隻警告字眼,好驚漏電整到人,真係識修理隨便攞走,小心小心~~

自從有魚仔就唔想用微波爐,無咗個爐果2星期又覺得下下要開鑊蒸野好麻煩,死死地氣都要買番部,上網問吓意見,發現呢部Panasonic 純蒸氣焗爐 (NU-SC100W)好吸引,可以純蒸氣、蒸氣烤焗、烤焗、healthy fry,仲可以做發酵,好似好好玩,仲要細細部 & 價錢平(官方定價 $2280)... 無乜唔買嘅理由 (好似好 hard sell,本文不是廣告啊~)

近排大熱,連 fb 都有人開咗 group 分享點用呢部機 (真係越睇越毒!!),Aeon、百老匯、豐澤都係訂貨,俾晒錢排隊等通知,魚爸上網搵小型電器店買,同樣行貨仲平少少,訂好通知我等收新玩具。



部機好靚仔,放咗上吧櫃唔礙眼,開爐洗機後,即刻試吓焗日本紫薯,效果好好,好似 BBQ 咁乾乾地,有焦香,焗完少咗水份好甜。

    Thanks for your review. It's really awesome to bump into your blog post when I'm also thinking of buying this model.

    Some questions:

    1) does this steam oven roast meat well?

    2) for steaming, do you have to keep adding water?

    3) is the water cartridge difficult to remove for water refill?

    Looking forward to your further advice! :)

    1. 烘焗最高230度,亦可以用蒸氣烘焗,令食物無咁乾,試過焗雞/雞翼/spare ribs等都OK呀! 蒸功能方面,水箱都唔太細,不過最多蒸30分鐘,如燉湯要自己加時間加水,加水好容易,可以開蓋斟水落去,或成個水箱拆去加水。希望幫到你~
